Now welcoming new clients no referral needed
I offer a few different ways to work together, so you can choose the format that feels most comfortable and accessible for you - online, outdoors, or in person.
You don’t need a referral or a mental health care plan to book. Just choose the option that feels right for where you’re at.

This free short call gives you a chance to get a feel for who I am and how I work. You can share a little about what’s been happening for you or your young person, ask any questions, and see whether counselling with me feels like a good fit for you.
There’s no pressure to book a session. It’s simply a space to talk things through, get some clarity, and decide what you’d like to do next.

Some people find it easier to talk while moving, being outdoors, rather than sitting face‑to‑face in a room.
Walk & Talk sessions give you the option to be in nature while we work through whatever you’re carrying. We can walk, sit, or change pace as needed. There is no expectation to keep up a certain speed.
These sessions can feel more natural and less formal, while still offering the same level of support and care.

If you prefer to meet in person, I offer sessions in a calm, private room in Sorell on a Friday only. This space is set up to help you feel settled and supported as we explore what’s been weighing on you.
In‑room sessions can be helpful if you like having a consistent place to come to, or if you find it easier to talk when you’re physically in the same space as your counsellor.

Online sessions give you the flexibility to access support from wherever you feel most comfortable, at home, in your car during a busy day, or anywhere you have privacy.
This option works well if travel is tricky, if you’re juggling family or work commitments, or if you just prefer connecting through a screen. The support is the same; the format just gives you more freedom to fit counselling into your life.
Note on payment: Payment is kindly required upfront before each session. Details will be provided upon booking, and you will receive a reminder prior to your appointment.
Medicare: Please note that my services are not eligible for Medicare rebates.
Community Care Rate: I know times can be tough, so I offer a limited number of spaces that are available each month for clients experiencing financial hardship. If this would make sessions more manageable, you're welcome to reach out for a conversation.
Fee updates: As my practice grows, I’ll revisit pricing to reflect sustainability and care. Any updates will be shared well in advance, with space for conversation.
Questions or concerns: If you have questions about fees, payments, or availability, I’m always here to talk things through. This space is built on kindness, transparency and care.
I’m a registered counsellor with lived experience and a deep respect for the emotional journeys we each carry.
These badges reflect my community connections and ongoing commitment to professional learning so I can offer support that is safe, kind, professional and up to date.
