Now welcoming new clients — take a moment for yourself
Please contact me if you can't find an answer to your question.
I offer counselling for mothers, women, children (8+ years) and teens. Each session is tailored to the individual, with a gentle, values-led approach that honours emotional safety and autonomy.
Yes. I offer counselling for children (8+ years) and teens, drawing on my studies in child development and youth support, and my experience as a volunteer youth mentor. These sessions are designed to feel safe, respectful, and gently empowering.
Yes. Confidentiality is a core part of counselling. There are a few legal and ethical exceptions, which I’ll explain clearly before we begin.
Absolutely. I welcome enquiries from parents and carers. Together, we’ll explore whether counselling feels like the right fit, and how best to support your child’s emotional wellbeing. I recommend booking a 15 minute get to know me call to discuss options.
This free call is a gentle way for us to connect. It's an opportunity for you to ask any questions about me, the counselling process, or how I work. We will also chat briefly about what you're looking to explore through counselling, and whether my approach feels like a good fit. There’s no pressure to book a session—just a warm, open space to explore what feels right. Follow this link if you would like to book a free call.
Your first session will be a chance to slow down. You will be met with warmth, honesty, and kind company and have an opportunity to feel heard as we explore what’s brought you to counselling, what’s feeling challenging, and what you’d like to get out of our time together. You don’t need to have everything figured out, just come as you are. I’ll ask a few grounding questions to understand your world, and together we’ll begin shaping a space that feels safe, supportive, and true to you.
Sessions are typically 50 minutes. I offer transparent, values-aligned pricing, with options to support accessibility. You can view current fees on the Book Now page.
There’s no set number. Some people come for a few sessions to work through something specific, while others choose longer-term support. We’ll check in regularly to see how things are feeling, and you’re always in charge of the pace and direction. My role is to walk alongside you, not to rush or prescribe.
Life happens and I understand that sometimes plans need to shift. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let me know as soon as you can. I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice so I can offer the space to someone else. Late cancellations or missed appointments may incur a fee as stated in my cancellation policy, but I’ll always approach this with understanding and care.
