Grief doesn’t always look the way we expect. It might arrive after the loss of a loved one, a relationship, a role, or a sense of identity. It can feel heavy, confusing, or quietly persistent. However it shows up, you don’t have to carry it alone.


I offer support for adults who need a moment, one that feels safe, steady, and free from pressure. A space where you can talk things through, feel heard, and begin to make sense of what’s unfolding. We might chat online, walk side-by-side, or sit together in a quiet park. 


Whatever feels most comfortable, we’ll find a way that suits you.


Together, we explore:

 

  • What’s feeling heavy, uncertain, or overwhelming
  • How grief is showing up in your life and why it matters
  • Strengths you may not realise you’re drawing on
  • Relationships 3with others and with yourself
  • What’s important to you, and how to move forward


There’s no right way to grieve. We go at your pace, in a way that feels natural and supportive.

These sessions are held in nature, whether we walk slowly, sit under a tree, or simply move at your pace. There’s no pressure to talk the whole time.


Some people find it easier to reflect while moving, others prefer stillness. We follow what feels right for you.


Support might touch on the loss of a loved one, identity shifts, relationship changes, or simply feeling overwhelmed by it all. We also explore what matters to you, your values, strengths, and the things that help you feel steady and clear.


Before we begin, I offer a short phone call to talk through safety, client intake, and what support could look like.
